PLUX is a business operating system: one connected place for your orders and jobs, daily operations, money, people and reports. Instead of a till here, a notebook there and a spreadsheet at month end, everything is recorded once and every screen agrees.
No. PLUX began with restaurants and now also runs print shops, laundries and general businesses such as shops and service businesses. Each gets its own words and screens: a print shop sees jobs and production, a restaurant sees orders and the kitchen.
Restaurants, print shops and general businesses can sign up themselves. Laundries are supported and set up with our team. Other industries (for example auto workshops, tailoring and salons) are planned but not built yet, and until then they can use the General profile.
Yes, on the General profile: products and services, a front-desk till, payments, invoices, customer credit and stock. A dedicated retail profile is planned; we won't claim features it doesn't have yet.
The restaurant POS can be opened with no internet after it has been opened online once on that device. New orders and cash payments are saved on the device and sent once when the connection returns. Card, transfer and changes to existing orders need a connection, because they can't be confirmed safely offline.
A phone, tablet or computer with a browser. Any printer your device can print to works. At the restaurant POS, a USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner works as a keyboard. Direct thermal-printer (ESC/POS) printing and cash-drawer opening are built for Chrome and Edge and are being proven on real printers, so treat them as beta.
You record cash, bank transfer and card-terminal payments at the till. Online card payments and automatic bank-transfer collection need our payment provider to be connected and are available per plan; PLUX only counts an online payment after the provider confirms it.
Yes, on PLUX's highest plan. A vendor is one of your business partners given vendor responsibility, so there is no separate vendor account to manage. Responsibility is per branch: the same product can belong to different partners at different branches, and a sale is credited using the branch that fulfilled it. Each vendor sees only its own products, stock, sales, allocated purchases and weekly statements for its own branches. Customers still order and pay through you and your team never picks a vendor; each vendor has its own commission and VAT terms, and you pay from weekly statements that a second person approves and reconciles. Vendors are not separate PLUX businesses.
No. PLUX records payments and never holds, sends or pools your money.
PLUX runs pay runs from attendance and sales and produces payslips, but you enter the statutory deductions yourself. VAT figures are what was charged on orders, not a tax filing.
Yes. You can download a closed month for your accountant, and you can add a business partner with a read-only view of exactly what you choose. They can ask questions and request a review, but can never change anything.
A WhatsApp or SMS provider connected by PLUX, you switching the messages on, and the customer agreeing to receive them. Until then they are off, and the app says so.
Beta features that suggest from your own records and answer questions about your business. They are switched on per business by PLUX, never use another business's data, and never act on their own.
Yes. Every plan starts with a free trial and no card is needed. The length is shown on each plan.
You pay per period, monthly or yearly where a plan offers it. You can switch plan during your trial and upgrade any time in Settings → Billing. If a payment is late there is a 7-day grace period before ordering pauses, and your records are kept.
Start a free trial. No card needed, and you can be taking orders the same day.
